Evicting the 5 U's of Life

 2021 is the Year of Eviction...Eviction?



    It is time to serve an eviction notice to all things in your life that have brought you the 5 U's.  Life's 5 U's is ugliness, uselessness, unfunctional, unavailable, and unavailing.  These 5 U's are not capable of adding value to your life.  In the words of my sister "this is a Year of adjustments"! You heard me, adjustments!

    Stop letting the 5 U's of life rob you of life's happiness and joys.  Don't allow relationships to bring ugliness to your space.  Create a space in your life for positive energy only.  Choose to accept only those things that give you purpose, value, and aspiration.

    If you are the problem then make adjustments.  Take a look in the mirror to say, "We are no longer friends, I am going to find myself a new friend.  One that values and loves me!"  Understand that if you don't value and love yourself no one else will and you will not recognize your worth if it slapped you in the face.  We all have things we need to adjust.

    I have a love-hate relationship with certain foods.  Those foods are not healthy for my body and they don't add value to my overall well-being.  Due to these foods, I developed a relationship with a friend, I have no desire to keep around.  It's time for me to dissolve our relationship forever.  Who is this friend?  Unwanted weight!  Oh but she's gotten her eviction notice. I have solicited the help of two of my true friends to hold me accountable.  It is important to have a support system when you decide to make adjustments to ensure you don't fail, but guess what if your friends are like mine they will be there to pick you up even if you do fail.

    Choose yourself this year, be productive, available for positive energy only, inspired for greatness, make room for things that are functional yet practical, and most of all make adjustments.
