Family-Care Self-care is important for your mental stability, physical ability, and your overall health. Self-care is different for everyone. Caring for yourself helps you to care for those you love. I believe self-care, when you are married and raising children, is a joint effort which is dubbed "Family-Care". Family care is creating a healthy life balance for all parties in your union. Our families' care efforts begin each year with eating clean. Eating clean is something we've done at the beginning of every year for several years now. Eating clean promotes a healthy gut, kidneys, colon, spleen, liver, and other organs that hold waste from food. There are several ways to regularly keep these organs clean such as following a cleanse plan or fasting. Our families' go-to is Daniel's Fast.
